This whole group for me is a validation of what I know, and I get so emotional because to my core I know who I am. This gives me my power back, helps me make decisions and affects all the areas I felt lacking in or lackluster about. I know I have this powerful being inside of me and it’s been so hard to have her come out (since motherhood). Motherhood shut down this part of me of knowing myself…and I felt it happening. The regaining of that has been amazing.

You're really good at asking questions G, and pulling it out of us. Like, I am like floored. I feel like it was so good and it went straight to the root, and I want to explore more of it! Thanks for letting me be vulnerable today. You know, I could've just shut down, but you guys make it easy to feel safe and be vulnerable to get to that healing process and move forward and that was my goal in this group. I have healed so much over the last year and a lot more in the last six months—having a container is so important to feel that safety and that community and to get to those levels of healing, so thank you for that!
