I AM another hysterical female

Guest Info
Kristin Giese (“pronounced like Lisa with a G”) worked with Oprah. There, I said it. And that would be reason enough for us to enthusiastically welcome her onto this week's episode of the It's All Me podcast, but there's more. (So much more.)
She is also a talent manager, producer, and veteran of the entertainment industry. She has also worked with Target and HGTV and has a vast expertise in branding and content creation.
And then . . . she woke up one day and realized instead of producing and casting stories where other people were the race horses, she could be the horse. And then she thought, “F it. I could be the mustang.” So naturally, we like Kristin, and we are stoked to read her new non-fiction book, Another Hysterical Female. She wrote it for all the hysterical parts of herself—for her younger self who used humor as a coping mechanism and for all the men in boardrooms who told her to stop being ‘hysterical.’ It’s filled with laughter and lessons, just like Kristin on this podcast episode. Because good lawd, she dropped some knowledge.
Albeit a public skeptic of self-help, while being a guest on my self-help-ish podcast, she shared some of the deepest, most profound perspectives we may have ever heard on the pod! Which puts another check on the line of living your self-help and not spewing it (unless you're me, and it's your job to do both, but if so you better effing do it with integrity and moxie, which is kind of a big thing for both myself and Kristin…and Oprah. All best friends now.)
