A Hypnosis for Trusting Your Body

For all our hypno-curious listeners, we made this week’s episode for you! It’s a custom self-hypnosis track by G that was inspired by and designed to accompany ep 96, Learning to Trust the Body, Plus What is Focalizing.”

Listening to this track every day for 21 days will support you in:

  • Connecting to, trusting and working in collaboration with the body

  • Releasing pressure around the way your body looks and functions

  • Being kinder and gentler to your body

  • Releasing pain, stress, and trauma from the body

  • Relaxing and calming the body

  • Mind, body and soul alignment

  • Feeling safe in your body

  • Giving your body permission to slow down.

Please note: Do NOT listen to this track while driving or operating heavy machinery. Please consult Gervase and your medical professional before listening to this track if you have experienced any type of serious trauma in the body or if you’ve been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. The creator of this track is not liable for any injury that happens while listening.

This track uses binaural beats:

Binaural beats work by “connecting” with each of your brain’s own hemispheres (binaural in fact refers to a different sound or frequency/wave in each ear), which our brains then mix together to create the illusion of a third. Binaural beats have been known to induce deep states of relaxation, meditation and sleep. When people are in more relaxed and meditative states, improved mood, memory, brain function, body awareness, and cognition follow.  It is important to avoid using binaural beats therapy while undertaking tasks that require alertness and full attention, such as driving.
